Discipleship
We believe that it is important for those that are new to the church to fellowship with other Christians and have the opportunity to ask questions concerning the church, Baptist doctrine, or the Word of God.
If you have questions concerning our discipleship program please contact us. Discipleship classes meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM during the regular service times.
Bible Study
The Bible is relevant to every Bible Class. You will find clear answers to practical questions. You will also be equipped for real Christian growth in the days ahead. People in each class enjoy spending time together. People generally make friends at work or in the neighborhood, but here is a place to forge genuine Christian friendships.
With each class comes a unique set of challenges. Teachers and leaders within each class stand ready to offer help along the way. Regardless of your age or background, there is a class for you, and every class has a seat available this Sunday. Enroll today. You will be glad you did!
Youth
We have an exciting teen program that encourages young people to get involved in church ministries and activities. The youth have many activities that are scheduled throughout the year that allow for fun and fellowship centered on Christ and the Word of God.
Kids
Children from four years old through the 6th grade are able to experience a wide range of classes and programs from Sunday School, Children’s Church and Patch the Pirate on Wednesday nights.
Outreach
As was practiced and commanded in the Bible, we take God’s saving message to our area. We visit and follow up regularly those who receive Christ as their Savior.
Transportation
God has allowed us to use the bus ministry to reach into the community and provide transportation for children and families.
Music
The music at VBC is encouraging and uplifting. You will find our music program to be traditional and evangelistic. The songs, hymns, and spiritual songs we sing still generate an attitude toward God that is anything but lifeless and boring.
